So this problem has been happening every time ive opened VRC on my Quest 3. I will encounter this lag spike where my fps drops to zero, then drops all the way back up to 8-40fps, then back to 0 every second.

I can still hear people perfectly and they can understand me perfectly but i move like a robot to them. My oculus menu works perfectly fine, along with other games, Its just VRC thats having an unplayable fps switch.

It doesnt matter what I do, it continues. I can even restart my entire headset and join back in and it still lags. I need help ;w;
