Constant timeouts since last update

Me and a few other people have either constant timeouts or problems with lagging voice since last update.

A theory by a friend: Port number exhaustion because the communication is one way where I can receive but other people see me lagging.

It's ongoing again with EU servers right now, and seems to happen frequently around this time of the evening.
Voices start cutting out, someone gets disconnected, 9 seconds later I get disconnected while hearing someone talk in real time. Only on EU servers. US/USE is fine.
I'm on AS1759, although this isn't specific to any ASN.
