Chatbox typing indicator erroneously disappears after a few seconds when player is still typing

When someone is typing a chatbox message, the typing indicator disappears after a few seconds even when they are still typing.
Steps to reproduce
- Open 2 clients or get a friend
- Have one user begin typing into the chatbox continuously
- Notice that from the POV of remote users, the overhead typing indicator always disappears after about 5 seconds.
Notes
- The typing indicator does not return under any circumstance until the entirety of the chatbox's input field is cleared, in which the typing indicator will return for another 5 seconds before disappearing again.
- This issue started occurring very recently but is present on both Live and Open Beta. (Both from the perspective of the sender and the people viewing the indicator.)
