Changing trust rank does not locally update nameplate

When you open your wing to change your Trust rank from Trusted to User, and vice-versa, your nameplate does not locally update.
Other users looking at you will still see the change, but not for the user changing their Trust rank.
To repro:
1.) Open your wing on either QM or MM.
2.) Make sure that wing is set to the Profile tab.
3.) Scroll down, and click "Appearing as"
4.) Observe that the Trust rank on your nameplate has not changed for you.
5.) Other users will tell you that your Trust rank has changed, but you are unable to see it on your nameplate.
