This might not be a vrchat issue I’ve had an issue like this in the past the cause was my antivirus firewall was detecting the file vrchat uses to make video players work and disabling it I would recommend trying lowering the sensitivity of your firewall my antivirus had a button that could set my firewall to only activate if it is absolutely sure the file is unsafe
