Cant load images or most avatars

When I load into VR a good 80% of my uploaded avatars thumbnails have "No Image Found" and when I trying loading into them it sends me into the error bot. This isn't just my own avatars but when I try loading other player's avatars as well. Images of groups, profile icons, avatar pedestals, ect all show "No Image Found" there is a rare chance I do see the image BUT it was most commonly friend pictures or avatars.
Ive cleared all my Cached Data, restarting the game, restarting my PC, Fully uninstalling the game, uninstalling restarting my pc then reinstalling.
This was happening before the very most recent update and had to double check if this update fixed it but it didn't

Exact same thing! it's been happening since the recent server outage for me.
Edit:Ending the Killer network services has fixed it for e too!

What are your device specs and OS?

Sorry for late response I just got home from work
First log is around when I made the first comment, second one is when I was pretty active last night (There is another one but it wont upload for some reason), last one is just logging in to get the logs

13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700
Ram 32.0 GB
Disk 1 (C:) : NVMe PC801 NVMe SK hynix 1TB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070
OC: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro, Version 10.0.26200

SOOO UPDATE!!
I was told by a friend to just end the task for "killer network services" and all the problems disappeared. So something interacting with it probably

Ive slept on it and is still having problems.
List of things what wont load properly (At least properly the first time)
- Images (World Thumbnails, Avatar thumbnails, All Featured worlds tab icons, Profile icons, Group icons n thumbnails, Shop Item thumbnails, Avatar pedestals and more im prob not seeing)
- Avatars (Uploaded, public, marketplace test avatars, other player avatars, in the menu)
- Worlds (Cant load into the home world I've had for 2 years, Takes about 4-5 tries before I can actually load in, while testing this it gives me an error that I'm travelling to fast even tho is the first time in 5 minutes)
Game is basically unplayable

Update its not limited to avatars but worlds too. I haven't been able to load into my set home world (only 20.20 mb) or any other world on the first try. It takes about 4-5 tries before I actually get into a invite only instance
