Cannot place Stickers from the Quick Menu without VRC+

Ever since non-custom Stickers were made available to everyone, I was unable to select Stickers from the Quick Menu Wings.

Make sure you don't have an active VRC+ subscription.
Open one of the Quick Menu Wings and go to Stickers.
Click any stickers.
The game doesn't let you place down stickers, instead telling you, "Feature only available to VRC+ members."

Expected result: The game should let you select and place Stickers without VRC+ subscription.

Workaround: Selecting Stickers from the Radial Menu works. This method is slower than opening the Quick Menu and clicking one of the stickers.
