(Build 1530) VRC Beta breaks Unity/VRC Scale Constraints that source Humanoid Rig Head Bone

In the newest Beta, it appears that BOTH VRC Scale Constraints and Unity Scale Constraints don't follow the Humanoid Rig's 'Head' bone in-game.
This issue disappears on the normal build of VRChat. I don't know if it affects Questies.
Some past fixes of mine- (This was a Beta Bug for a little while before VRC Constraints were pushed), Animating the value and activity of the Scale Constraint to reassure the model that it was indeed constantly online fixed the Scale Constraint. Now in 1530, that doesn't fix it at all.
This is kinda vital to some of my Avatars. Specifically for "Muting" actions and amplifications of HeadChop.
I.E., I'll use a "FakeHead" bone as my Humanoid Rig's assigned Head Bone that's weightpainted to nothing. Then, I'll send "FakeHead" below the map to mask one's voice. In return, "Head" needs to be Scale and Rotation Constrained to "FakeHead".
Indeed VRC_HeadChop could fix this one trouble, although about 15 models of mine would need updates.
Could you fix Scale Constraints that have the Humanoid Rig Head as their source?
