Description of the bug:
Social menu updates have been slow since VRChat 2021.3.2 (2021-08-04)
Steps to reproduce (how did you encounter the bug?):
- Prepare two accounts that are friends.
- Start VRChat and login with account A.
- Start VRChat using the profile function (VRChat.exe --profile=1) and login with account B
- Wait for the JOIN to Home to complete.
- In account A, open the Social menu and monitor it
- After about 5 minutes, you will see that account B is online
