Bugged leg positions for default vrc sdk animations

Exactly as described. The default animations used for avatar legs in both desktop and half-body VR have the left leg way crooked. It's more prominent on some avatars than others, but it's consistently happening across all of them.

Here you can see the misalignment in the proxy_stand_still animation file itself. This is definitely not a user error thing.

I've found several examples of this happening to other people in the VRChat discord. The bug exists in all avatars, but is more prominent in avatars using digitigrade legs.
