Description of the bug: Horizontal mouse movement isn't scaled by deltaTime, unlike vertical mouse movement). This causes you to turn faster when the framerate is lower, compared to when it's higher, and makes looking around harded since since the looking up and down speed is NEVER the same as the turning speed.
