[BUG] Eye Tracking glitchy

I've talked with some people that also use a Quest Pro and face tracking and they all have the same symptoms. It could be an issue with the latest VRC update or the headset itself, but speciffically the eye look parameter are not transmitted properly from the headset over OSC to vrchat. The eyes are tracking as usual, but they sometimes get stuck on their values or switch back to an already older rotation state than they were before resulting in uncontrolled hitching of the eyes when moving the eyes from left to right and up and down.
Can be visually reproduced by looking into the mirror and turning your head slightly from left to right while keep looking at your eyes.
It feels like the parameters are transmitted over TCP instead of UDP resulting in outdated frames arriving later than the newest frame overwriting the actual state of the eye rotation state for about a split second.
