Avatars with HeadChop component causes mirror to show abnormally large scaled transforms on mirror enable

You can try this when enabling world mirrors or with the personal mirror.
The effect looks like the mirror is flickering for about a frame, but does go to normal.
- Add headchop component to Avatar
- Load into avatar
- Activate mirrors (personal has higher rate of seeing)
PC Tested at this time.

Head chop counter scales in mirror
Ryker™
This is with the non-beta 3.5.2 build of the SDK. Anything that is listed in the Head Chop component will counter scale and offset those bones for the first frame in the personal or face mirror (have not tested in world mirrors). If the world is extremely optimized and giving you low frame times, it may happen too fast to be visible.
It seems like the counter scaling and offsets are being done before it checks if it is in the mirror world, if they were applied after this check there wouldn't be a visible issue.
The attached GIF has the two ears set to the head chop component.
