When observing yourself in the mirror while moving at very high speeds, (greater than about 50 movement speed) parts of the avatar will appear to vibrate or jitter, as shown in the attached video. This is particularly noticeable if the avatar has a tail or other body part that extends far from the trunk.
This effect is still observed, even when the locomotion controller has been replaced to only have a stand_still animation (as shown in the attached image).
To reproduce:
  1. Create a world with a large (~1000 scale) mirror and a walking/strafing speed greater than 50.
  2. Create an avatar and remove all locomotion animations: In the locomotion controller, copy and rename the proxy_stand_still animation, and set every animation in the controller blendtrees to this animation (Alternatively delete all the blendtrees and set the copied animation to the default state).
  3. In front of the mirror, observe your body as you move at high speed.
Step 2 is not strictly necessary, but shows it is not caused by any locomotion animation shenanigans of custom avatars.
