Animating Custom shader properties on VRCMirrors does not work.

Steps to reproduce:
- Make custom mirror shader with something animate-able, such as opacity.
- Make animator for Material, and create an animation that changes the newly made Opacity slider.
- Mirror will not react to animators changes, but will react to manual changes through the inspector.
Use Case:
- A transparent mirror for glass, with a UI slider to control the intensity of the reflections.
* Mirrors are not marked as static in any way.
