Steps to reproduce:
  • Make custom mirror shader with something animate-able, such as opacity.
  • Make animator for Material, and create an animation that changes the newly made Opacity slider.
  • Mirror will not react to animators changes, but will react to manual changes through the inspector.
Use Case:
  • A transparent mirror for glass, with a UI slider to control the intensity of the reflections.
