AngularY only updates during locomotion with FBT enabled.

While using FBT, open the avatar debug screen. AngularY does not change with head movement unless moving with locomotion. Disable FBT and it will work as normal.

I don't wanna be another "same here", but this should have been fixed already. There are some prefabs and systems relying on AngularY to properly report back the angular velocity. At some point, AngularY was just stuck at a certain value (which caused other issues, especially when driving audio volume via a blend tree with AngularY) - now it's permanently 0 when not moving using the locomotion system (analogue sticks) - which is ... not great.

Having this issue on build 1373 open beta. The parameter updates in half-body and while calibrating in T-pose, but stops updating once calibrated.

Yup, dealing with this too. I have a bell collar that relies on this in a blendtree to jingle as I look my head around. Really missing this already.
