all my avatars not loading

all my avatars are not showing, I only see "error avatar". Icons and description of all my avatars are not loading, and all avatars seem to be not working. tried to restart

i joined vrchat and my avatar is an error and when i change avatar it still a error and one of my friend as the same bug and i cant fix it
