Acknowledgements section in avatar details of private avatars are never viewable by remote users in the same world instance, when they should be
available in future release

When a remote user in VRChat client navigates to my profile and presses View Avatar Details while I am wearing a private avatar, they cannot see the Acknowledgements section on that avatar. However, I can see them locally in "My Current Avatar", "My Avatars" avatar details, and on the website. This also happens in reverse, where I cannot see my friend's private avatar's Acknowledgements section.
This seems to only affect private avatars. The acknowledgements section of public avatars can be viewed (albeit Acknowledgements section in avatar details of public avatars are not viewable randomly).
This is a bug, because often avatar creators need to include and display acknowledgements / attribution for license compliance while in the same world instance.
A sample avatar IDs uploaded by me, with acknowledgements sections (private):

.The screenshots attached show what a remote user sees about my avatar and what I see about my avatar in the avatar details.

I can confirm both Acknowledgements section, and the Primary Style and Secondary section Style are visible to remote users in the same instance now.

When a remote user in VRChat client navigates to my profile and presses View Avatar Details while I am wearing a private avatar, they cannot see the Primary Style and Secondary Style among the tags on that avatar; only custom tags will be visible. However, I can see them locally in "My Current Avatar", "My Avatars" avatar details, and on the website. This also happens in reverse, where I cannot see my friend's private avatar's "Anime" "Human" styles as tags.
This seems to only affect private avatars. The Primary Style and Secondary Style tags of public avatars can be viewed.

Acknowledgements section in avatar details of public avatars are not viewable randomly
WubTheCaptain
When viewing avatar details of a public avatar from a local client, randomly, the Acknowledgements section is unavailable. This occurs with both pressing the "View Avatar Details" button and also when switching between "My Avatars" and "My Current Avatar" tabs.
This also occurs randomly for remote users viewing my currently displayed public avatar via the new Avatar Details page accessed via my profile. I don't think it's API rate limiting related, but random (maybe a network latency or code race condition).
This is a bug, because often avatar creators need to include and display acknowledgements / attribution for license compliance.
Example public avatars with acknowledgements sections for testing:
- Fsh the Fish (avtr_f5b56d2a-8046-4c65-a943-301abbb0594f) by Duskstar Shine
- Skylar (avtr_4768f0aa-2879-484f-b8f2-e818d53a3f44) by Pylon?
