"Accessories are here!" notification reappears persistently on every app restart

I can't get rid of this "Accessories are here!" notification permanently, it's reappearing and telling me to claim free accessories every time I launch VRChat. I had already claimed the free accessories in open beta and I cannot claim those a second time in live.
