UPDATE: Posting my workaround from a below comment (YMMV):
The fix seemed to be disabling my 2.5gbit ethernet adapter, and instead using my 1gbit ethernet OR my WiFi OR a VPN (either of those 3 worked).

Running into this connection error, been having this issue since the open beta first started (Worked on previous version): https://i.imgur.com/MjSn4U6.png
Checked the logs and I'm seeing this, it may be related (I can access this route via browser however, and VRChat.exe is allowed in my firewall):

So I think I'm having a similar issue. Not entirely sure but my VRChat was working perfectly fine yesterday and now I'm having this issue.

DarthBoomer: can you post what your network devices are?
Start -> "Network Connections" -> Should show a list of your network devices.
So far it's looking like this particular issue has to do with a realtek 2.5gbit network adapter.
DarthBoomer
Kosyne: Well I'm fairly sure I don't have a Realtek 2.5gbit network adapter, I think I'm using a 802.11ac wireless Lan card. Though I might be looking at the wrong thing in Network Connections.

Tupper - VRChat Head of Community: Thought it might help to post the used Mainboard where this problem occurs. I am using an Asus Crosshair VIII Hero. Lan Ports using following chips:
Intel® I211-AT (working)
Realtek® RTL8125-CG 2.5G LAN (problematic)

My specs are similar to Gireison's.
Mobo: ROG-Strix-X570-E-Gaming
Intel® I211-AT (working)
Realtek® RTL8125-CG 2.5G LAN (does not work)

Helped someone in #user-support with the same issue.
Their mobo:
ASRock Z390 phantom Gaming SLI/ac
They were using: Realtek RTL8125AG 2.5G LAN for ethernet when they encountered the issue.
Switching to their WiFi solved the problem.

Most likely the problem is not the adapters.
Through the browser, connections are fully accessible.
My suspicions are errors in Cloudflare.
You must contact Cloudflare Support.
We cannot write to Cloudflare Support, support is provided only to ip owners,
ordinary users do not support.

Today nights, I was able to play without a VPN.
He sat for 15 minutes and the server stopped responding.
I spoke with people and move, but the social tab has stopped updating, and upload pictures of worlds, the Join button was also inactive.
Also, I could not select people with a laser to hide the avatar, when pressed, the menu with hide buttons did not appear.
After updating the game to the new Unity, the exact same situation happened. (on the night of April 1 to 2)
After that, I waited 2 days for the situation to improve, and on the 3rd day I set up a VPN.
I have a static white ip and use Oculus CV1 and kinect360.
Via VPN, this problem does not occur.
I know other users with the same problem, but they do not want to write somewhere and just use the VPN.

Commenting to say that the fix seemed to be disabling my 2.5gbit ethernet adapter, and instead using my 1gbit ethernet OR my WiFi OR a VPN (either of those 3 worked).
This update seems to be really picky about which adapters you have enabled.

Kosyne: Same error for me. Having two adapters in use (different VLANs), with the 2,5 GBit connected to the internet. Switching the connections, so that my 1 GBit connects to the internet solved the issue.
Kosyne
Gireison: Glad it helped someone. Been trying to get a response on this issue since the 1st day of beta, lol.
