1 Launch VRChat
2 Open the text box—either via "Search Worlds" or "Chat" is fine.
3 Click the "X" at the top right of the text box, or click the small "X" on the right side inside the text box.
4 VRChat stops accepting left-clicks and keyboard text input, and the issue is not resolved until VRChat is force-closed.
（In rare cases, simply opening the text box triggers the same bug.）
（The bug does not necessarily occur with a single action; it may happen after pressing the "X" mark or opening the text box several times.）

Additionally, this bug can also occur when using Alt + Tab or opening the Steam menu within VRChat. This is a truly ridiculous bug This issue occurs even when I use the Y key for chatting, and no matter how I try—by not pressing the Y key or not chatting with someone—the bug still happens. For reference, enabling suppression definitely reduces the occurrence of bugs, but they will still eventually happen. :(

Since the update, after some time has passed (typically around 5–10 minutes), opening the chatbox dialog causes most keyboard inputs and mouse clicks to stop responding.
Once the issue occurs, only movement controls, the ESC key, and VRChat shortcuts continue to work. Text input in the chatbox dialog is also completely unresponsive. Alt+F4 also does not work.
Mouse input is completely unresponsive. I cannot click on anything, including the VRChat window itself to restore Windows focus. The only way to switch focus back to VRChat is by using Alt+Tab.
The issue appears to consistently occur after the application has been running for approximately 5–10 minutes and is triggered when opening the chatbox dialog. Once the chatbox dialog has been opened, the issue persists until the application is closed.

I'm unable to reproduce this in desktop mode with reproduction steps from OP, but I've seen many bug reports about this issue affecting multiple users.
