Set Chat box to Friends and now the three dots placed above people's heads who aren't your friends when they are chatting is gone.

The OSC chat box abuse is pretty excessive so instead of manually turning of people's chat box I had it set to friends only. The old method of doing it this way would allow me to see if someone who isn't on my friend's list was actually typing and I could manually turn the chat box on. The change in the UI has removed this feature. The majority of osc chat spam (People showing off all their PC specs) Don't put the three typing dots above their head so it was a ideal compromise.
