Attempting to work with TMP_Dropdown.OptionData to alter TMP Dropdowns throws the following error:
System.NotSupportedException: Function '__ctor__SystemString_UnityEngineSprite__TMProTMP_DropdownOptionData' is not implemented yet
This is on the Unity6 beta branch
