[1769] "Clear All" doesn't work for Other Notifications

"Moderation Report Closed" notifications aren't being cleared by "Clear All" button in Other Notifications, when the expected outcome is that those should be.

When clearing all notifications in the Quick Menu, it does not function as it should. Clearing notifications individually still works, however.
When in the Main Menu, the "Clear all" button does work as intended.

Workaround: Use the VRChat Home website to clear all notifications. I'm glad I didn't need to click acknowledge on 118 Other Notifications manually, as "Clear All" remains broken in the Steam client.
