[1610] Controller Rotation Pivot is Incorrect on Pico 4 Ultra

VRChat on Pico 4 Ultra has the wrong pivot on the controllers which causes the rotations to be centered to the wrong point relative to the actual controller model, which makes it pestering to use.
Reproduction steps:
- Start VRChat
- Rotate controllers around
- Compare it to other platform/device (ie. Index + PCVR, Quest 3 + Standalone)
