[1281] Avatar Download Size is often missing after updating an Avatar

Issue:
When updating an Avatar, the Avatar Download Size in the Quick Menu Avatar Details is sometimes just missing entirely. (This is not an issue in the Main Menu due to: https://feedback.vrchat.com/bug-reports/p/1281-main-menu-avatar-details-dont-update)

For some reason, occasionally avatar download size does not populate for the user that uploaded. At least not initially. Overtime I believe it updates, but other players are usually able to see download sizes long before the player that uploaded the avatar.
