When using Beta the 3rd party service Vimeo that VRChat recommends no longer loads.

I have Used Vimeo for a while but recently kept getting reports of videos not working so through a lot of testing I found anyone experiencing the issue the moment they disabled beta the video would load right up after relaunch.
