[1240] Mic Behavior in the Main Menu has no hover animation or sound

Issue:
The options in the Mic Behaviour section of the Audio Category in the Settings Tab in the Main Menu have no tooltips, no hover animation and no hover sound.
For some reason only the
Mic Behaviour On Joining World
has a hover audio and tooltip, but it's also still missing a hover animation.Attachments:

In my environment, it reproduces in the part of its title ("Push To Talk", "Toggle Mic", etc.).
It works correctly in the part of the radio buttons/icons on the right side.
