We cannot change the status on the MM user page opened by selecting yourself from the QM Here tab.

This is probably a bug. Because it's more natural to be able to change it, and even now I can change appearing as Known/Trusted <-> User.

クイックメニューのHereタブから自分を選択して開いたメインメニューのユーザーページでは、ステータスの変更が出来ません。

これは変更出来た方が自然ですし、ユーザー偽装の設定は出来るので、恐らくバグです。
