[1238] Microphone stops working after playing for a while

After playing for a while, the microphone output stops working entirely. This is a per instance issue and only persists until you rejoin the instance.
All inputs stop working, switching microphones does not work when this bug happens.
Also it seems the mic icon stays fully white when this happens.

happened to me live on stream, went up to a debug menu from a vket booth. Don't know if its any good info, could just have been random, but here is a clip for it. There is more to it in the vod as im trying to fix the bug. My mic icon stayed off nonmatter what I did though.

I also encountered this bug yesterday for the first time in a long time. This bug can be fatal, especially in game worlds, as it cannot be fixed without Rejoin to the instance. The conditions under which it occurs are unknown and seem to occur randomly, but I find that on days when it does occur, it occurs several times a day, but otherwise it does not occur at all for many days.

I have this problem every day since the UI update was added I have to rejoin the instance in order to get it working again and it's very frustrating.

A simple rejoin of the instance fixes it, still weird tho.

I think this has to also do with the issue with the sliders audio issue. I try to speak and my microphone on VRChat and it didn't work. I had to restart my game this has happen to me multiple times.

i think that happened to me, but my microphone input was just not going through. restarting the game fixed it.
