When someone requests an Invite to a Instance which you can't invite them to the button to accept the request is not greyed out nor gives it you any clue on why it wont work.

The button should be greyed out to show the user they can't click on it. The tooltip should say that they can't invite them or when trying to click on it there should pop up a text saying that.

(basically how it was done in the old menu)
