[1213] Videos on Quest don't work in this build

It appears after this latest update, any videos on quest seem to be completely broken. They are getting stuck in a perpetual state of forever-loading. I've had multiple creators bring up Quest playback failures to me.
The presence of this issue was confirmed with a world uploaded with the latest SDK from this build.
Please remedy asap.

With build 1214 on quest, the issue of quest not being able to play videos at all appear to have been fixed.
There have been reports of quest HMD freezes during video play since the update, though all testing so far to reproduce these reports have been to no avail. Will continue looking into this. Sharing for posterity just in case.
I consider this canny complete.

apparently this bug only affect AVpro player but not Unity one? not totally confirmed but it's seems to be what VRCDN's discord members have concluded after some more testing
