Thank you for the request! We added avatar search and filtering in September. This also allows you to search for avatars by tag or style.

Fax It might be a good idea to try A/B testing on a version of the search that does fulltext through the avatar description on the avatar marketplace. It might lead to more people finding what they want and buying it.
