The avatar search within the filters modal is based on tags instead of by term. After each space in the search term, it will add a new tag instead of searching for the whole term.

This is different compared to searching anything else in-client. This is already a solved problem with the "Refine Search" button in the Search page, allowing you to filter how the search is made (title, tag, etc).
