Viseme int doesn't update when mic output is set to 0

Local viseme int was used for additional avatar animation information, and latest update (2024.1.1) no longer updates viseme data locally when mic is on and output is set to 0%. Some sort of toggle option or restoration of previous function would be preferred.

I know this is a very niche issue, but when streaming to friends in discord while hanging w/ peeps in vr instead of muting to talk to them I usually put my mic output to zero so my visemes still worked locally while chatting w/ discord friends. Recently this no longer does this and I was wondering if this was intentional. I know this is a very niche issue but I feel like this was a small but useful trick to use while streaming. Would appreciate seeing this return.
