Temporary Pose Space Crash
Nosjo
This is a relly specific crash if pose space is set on the frame the player leaves the world it seems to crash the player
I have an example animator here that is the one where i figured this out https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZrvItO-KaPrb3Gjy9bUfPFtaBnF2lPkH/view?usp=sharing
This crash could possibly also occur in world chairs thougt extremly rare since its frame perfect

ID was delete but you can use an avatar with GogoLoco and open the radial with the space ship, press R then rapidly change world.

Thank you for reporting this issue. Since this post is quite old, we are requesting that you confirm that the issue is still present and to provide any updated information.

StormRel: You simply have to spam the pose space each frame to crash when unloading a scene.
Open the radial with the space ship, press R then rapidly change world.

Investigation is under way. Looks like it is possibly a Unity bug-- we're looking into working around it. No ETA currently.

Hello, thanks for your report.
Would you be able to provide us with more information on this issue? In particular, we are interested in these bits of info:
- Output logs
- Avatar IDs
- Video
- Anything else that might help
Treat the issue as if you're trying to show us how to make it happen. If we can cause the bug to occur, on our end, it makes it a ton easier to fix. If that isn't possible, documenting what it looks like when the bug happens might help.
FYI: Your output logs are stored in
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\VRChat\vrchat
. They're text files, and they're named output_log_HH-MM-SS.txt
. The time stamp shows the time at which that log started, so make sure you give us the right one. It's a hidden folder, so you might have some problems tracking it down. Try pasting this into your File Browser address bar:
%AppData\..\LocalLow\VRChat\vrchat
