Physbone colliders randomly not working

Ever since somewhere around 1711 physbone colliders sometimes fail to work until the physbone is toggled off and back on. Toggling the collider does not fix it. It affects randomly locally to the viewer. It is not dependent on whether you are the wearer or not. This is most obvious on floor colliders for tails, but can break other avatar systems that depend on physbone colliders.

Another good example is this boxing gloves robot: avtr_04a9d322-e228-4934-93b1-6e20b62cfded . It uses inside-out colliders to hold the gloves springs in.
With this issue, depending on the observer (yourself, other players) the left or right spring may appear sprung (the collider not working). Doing anything that reloads the avatar will randomize the results for all observers. It should not do this. At the default state of the avatar, both colliders should (and used to) remain active, keeping the gloves in.

This avatar is a good example: avtr_efc7e282-5900-4909-8440-ae27c721757e , the tail often is just pointing straight down through the floor collider, though if you reload it a few times, the tail will rest on the floor collider as normal. The floor collider for the tail used to work reliably for years (since 2023).
