On Quest make a fur shader

On Quest currently it is impossible to use the Lite version of the Fast Fur Shader that optimizes for PC by avoiding tesselation and needless polygons, on Quest for fur you need needless polygons that with a 5k poly base + bra + panties + skirt + shoes (11k tris alone) + 7k tris head + 6k tris hair (due to needing to duplicate most free hairs for double sided normals due to lack of culling: off setting on the normal toonlit shaders for quest for hair. All of that totaling alone to 21k tris, not counting tails, ears that might need fur on them. This is for a 3D model meant to look human like with animal ears and a tail and clipping any places that can never be seen, optimized edge loops, etc. Due to that many people just remove the polygons for the fur parts of the ears and tails for PC and Quest and then want for a shader for the fur on both platforms. Either Whitelist the Fast Fur Shader for quest or provide a VRCSDK version that works for both PC and Quest that performs just as well as that shader.
