Missing documentation for VRC Raycast avatar performance rank limits

SDK 3.10.3 was released on April 16, 2026, but there was no associated documentation about how many VRC Raycast components can be used on an avatar.
I did some personal testing with avatar SDK 3.10.3 in Unity Editor to find out.
Windows limits (maximum):
- Excellent: 1 (Windows)
- Good: 4 (Windows)
- Medium: 8 (Windows)
- Poor: 15 (Windows, sic!)
Mobile limits (maximum):
- Excellent: 1 (Mobile)
- Good: 2 (Mobile)
- Medium: 4 (Mobile)
- Poor: 8 (Mobile)
Recommended: 1, for all platforms. The absolute max limit in the SDK 3.10.3 is 80 (VRCRaycast + FinalIK) on all platforms.

"Minimum Displayed Performance Rank" and any plausible "Mobile Avatar Component Limits" related to VRC Raycast also needs to be documented.
