This is simply unacceptable, how else can I remind people non-verbally to take shots every 2 minutes.
In all seriousness, there are several emojis absent, but they can at least still be summoned from the main emoji menu. Perhaps being able to customize your emoji wheel would be a good solution.

Personally I feel the emoji's in the wheel being redundant or they could have placed it better. It's gone from Gesture -> Action to Activate Action Menu -> Emotes -> Toggles (+possibly another Toggle) -> Action
