As of recent, I have been playing VRC with 4-point tracking (4PT) thanks to owoTrack. But I discovered an annoying issue when crouching at a certain distance.
With AV3 avatars, when I crouch to a point where the 'Upright' variable is 0.64 or below, hip tracking becomes ignored. Once I move back up to 0.65 or above, the hip tracking comes back.
However, with AV2 avatars (tested a handful), I can crouch real low and not lose hip tracking.
You would think this could change if I adjust the conditions in the Locomotion animation controller... but that does nothing. It doesn't matter if the Locomotion Layer is Standing, Crouching, or Prone animation. No animation cell in the Locomotion animation controller has a behaviour to disable hip tracking.
This seems to be hard coded into AV3.
