here what all the bug I have:
- Advanced settings with Vive broke the wheels
- Flick disable broke the Wheels too
- freeze more when we open the normal menu or the wheels
probably other but that I didn't say here that I don't remember

Item 1 is already being addressed.
Item 2-- we'll look into it. On Vive we strongly encourage not using Flick mode.
For item 3, can you describe your issue a bit more clearly? Are you stating you have frame lag when you open menus?

I mean, when I was opening the menu or the wheels, I got a big freeze before I actually can move or click on the menu
It happen to me before when I was in game for hour and hour but not when I just entered the game and it's only happens in that release
