[1937] Native FT JawOpen at 100% rolls over to 0% on remote end

If a person wearing an avatar opens their mouth all the way, other players observing them will see their mouth close again once it reaches 100%. This seems to affect any avatar with native FT either with full FT or driving via visemes.
