what happen for those who were not 18 when they got there age verified turn 18 does there age update to be 18÷ or do you have to reapply in order to count as 18÷.
i am asking because its mentioned it keeps your birth date so it would make sense if updated your age but i wasn't sure.

This is not really a Q&A forum, but just to answer your question.
VRChat's system will automatically update the account and give them access to the "18+" tag when they become 18 or older. This can however take up to 24 hours to take effect, because of timezone differences between the user and VRChat's servers.
If you are still having issues, after a full 24 hours, VRChat might have your date of birth wrong in their system. To fix that you will need to contact VRChat's support team, and they will help you. You make a support ticket here: https://vrch.at/support
