An accessibility issue. When navigating the VRChat 2026.4.1 (Build 1936) release notes page by links, a screen reader software will read "here", but there is no context where the link that says "here" goes to for non-visual users.

Expected result: "You can read about it in [Face Tracking documentation]!", or similar.

Actual result: "You can read about it [here]!"
