Parallax Menu Backdrops are already advertised as a feature on the main VRC+ advert page at https://hello.vrchat.com/vrchatplus, and marked with "VRC+" in-app. UI themes (colors) also have full customization.

The text in the FAQ should be updated to be a current benefit of subscribing to VRC+.
