View profile button in boop notifications looks identical to "Acknowledge and dismiss this notification"

- Receive a boop from a friend
- Check the notification from VRChat Home
- Notice the two icons are indistinguishable and only the first one may have a tooltip
The second one is named "View [user]'s profile", but on Microsoft Edge 149.0.4022.69 the hyperlink takes priority for focus and the tooltip's not shown as alt text on hover.
Expected result: Use eye icon for the profile link, two different tooltips.
Actual result: Two checkmarks, only one has a working tooltip.
