I've had a problem with video players (And avatar search worlds) for MONTHS now, I own a club in VRC so having no music when I host SUCKS HARD. But when I contacted VRC about a month ago I was told to go suck on a rock and it's not their problem essentially.

I made a new ticket, it has sat for a WEEK without any replies.

Now, I've made another ticket and it's been ignored for two days.

What's with the ATROCIOUS customer service?
