Recent changes to Abuse Reporting , Trust and Safety

Recently (December 19th) T&S made the announcement that they would prefer that users use the in-game and website 'Report' buttons when reporting abuse issues rather than create T&S tickets for everything. They also clarified that reports should continue to be made to T&S in cases where there was no in-game/website option to do so, or where additional details of the incident were needed.
I have had relatively good response time using the 'Report' button on the website when reporting avatars. Most of them being dealt with within 24hrs. However, others languish unaddressed. I can only assume this means that the report was considered unjustified in some way. T&S tickets created for these cases containing addition screenshot/video evidence of the infractions have gone unanswered.
In fact, looking over my outstanding tickets, it appears T&S has all but stopped acknowledging tickets made through the web form entirely. I still have untouched tickets from late November.
I do not mind helping VRChat do its job for them, but at this point I question if anyone is doing the job I am trying to help them with.

Again we cannot rely on the shortsightedness from VR Chat, the back end architecture is a joke, the leadership lead with their wallets over safety. As I reported in Linked In on how companies like VR Chat are more interested in user count over quality of users as a metric of success and attempt to restrict any report of 'Issues' that may say otherwise.
Half of their issues could have been resolved with simple behavioral analysis in the system logs; but that would require a desire to protect the communities and at least two brain cells. VR Chat has neither.
Lack of care for the community breeds discontent with the users, and some of the users are leaps and bounds more intelligent and skilled enough to produce enough evidence based reporting that can be handed to governmental agencies. Disney Corp was just found guilty of COPPA violations and sentenced to 10 Million USD for failure to protect children.
I know of someone that has much more evidence of COPPA Violation that could lead to a maximum fine from the FTC of 23 Million USD. All due cause there is no one that cares enough in the corporation.
Perhaps when the evidence is handed over to the US DOJ that VR Chat may realize that they should have listened to the communities more than they have done in the past. Assuming the fines do not bankrupt them.

I have given up creating tickets in any way or form through their helpdesk as I have a COPPA Violation ticket sitting in there for over a month now, next to multiple Anti Semitism, NSFW and Racist behavior tickets.
I only report stuff now that I can report ingame or directly through website forms, where I hope that they will enable emoji/sticker/print reports through their website soon and not only ingame.
Edit: Seems like mods are lurking here, COPPA Violation tickets have been resolved. I'd still like the functionality to report emoji/prints/stickers and users through the website.
