Links to worlds now broken if not the world owner

I create birthday party versions of my EvolvedAnt Arcade world for people.
This involves me customizing the world, uploading it (on my own account), and then giving the customer the world ID.
They then use a site such as: https://thegreatpug.com/vrchat-link-generator/#
This enables them to generate a friends+ link to the world.
However, this is now broken, they receive an error when attempting to launch the world through the generated link.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Go to the great pug link generator site: https://thegreatpug.com/vrchat-link-generator/#
Paste in the world id: wrld_af2c5f7c-8525-485e-a1dd-75fdb32a5658
Log into the VRChat website to get your internal User ID from the URL bar to paste in as the instance owner.
Set the instance to Friends+
Click Generate.
Click 'Launch', to launch the game into the world.
You will get an error.
I've had multiple users test, and they all get the error. Only if I do it myself, does it work, presumably because I am the owner of the world, however this isn't helpful for those who need to host a birthday party.

StormRel: Whole thing was changed when the shitty anti-cheat thingy change came. We overtook the problem by making everyone be part of same group, then the links work. It's a shitty system that you guys don't write documents on. That's all just destroy the whole bug report cause you don't do shit anyway lol

Can confirm, "Invite Me" has same thing happen.

Additional Info:
This issue is now confirmed as random, as additional users have now tested, and it works for some, and not for others. I do not know the mechanism involved on why it works for some, and not for others.
